An AOC, the Macvin du Jura is a “vin de liqueur” made by blending freshly pressed juice of Ploussard grapes, and our “Marc du Jura égrappé”. Its colour shows a deep, intense amber with aromas of jammy fruits, pears and mirabelles, as well spicy notes. It is bottled after 15 months of ageing.
- Temperature : 8°C à 10°C
- Guard : It can be served now, or will keep for several years in your cellar. It will mature and become even fuller flavoured !
