Tarte au vin Blanc

Serve 6 people

For the filling :

  • 120g sugar
  • 100ml Arbois white wine
  • 30g butter


     

For the pastry :

  • 140g flour
  • 5g baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 dessert spoon of sugar
  • 60g softened butter
  • 50ml milk
  1. Mix the flour, softened butter, and the baking powder in a bowl.
     
  2. Add the salt, sugar and milk and work it thoroughly.
     
  3. Roll the pastry out to a thickness of 4mm and place in a buttered tart tin.
     
  4. Trim off the edges and prick the pastry with a fork.
     
  5. Sprinkle in the sugar and wine. Dot with a few knobs of butter and place in a pre-heated oven, 240°C, for 20 minutes.
