Serves 4 people

  • 1 Mont d’Or cheese
  • Some “Typé” Jura white wine
  1. Remove the lid from the box of Mont d’Or and place under the box. Heat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Make a small hollow in the centre of the cheese using a small spoon and fill with the wine.
  3. Put the cheese into the oven (without its lid) for 20 minutes and then under the grill for 20 minutes until golden.
  4. Serve hot with smoked charcuterie, ham, Morteau sausages...and potatoes.
