La boîte chaude
Serves 4 people
- 1 Mont d’Or cheese
- Some “Typé” Jura white wine
Remove the lid from the box of Mont d’Or and place under the box. Heat the oven to 220°C.
Make a small hollow in the centre of the cheese using a small spoon and fill with the wine.
Put the cheese into the oven (without its lid) for 20 minutes and then under the grill for 20 minutes until golden.
- Serve hot with smoked charcuterie, ham, Morteau sausages...and potatoes.
