La fondue au Comté

Serve 4 people

  • 300g Comté cheese
  • 300g Beaufort cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Jura white wine
  • Bread cut into cubes
  1. Rub the side of the fondue dish with the peeled garlic.
     
  2. Cut the cheeses into small cubes, put into the dish and just cover with the white wine.
     
  3. Add the finely sliced clove of garlic and cook over a low heat stirring continuously.
